Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

By downloading or using Stretch you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your licence to use the app.

Health and safety

Stretch provides general fitness and flexibility guidance for healthy adults. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor or physiotherapist. Consult a medical professional before starting if you have an injury, a medical condition, recent surgery or are pregnant. Stretch within a comfortable range, never bounce into pain, and stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness or numbness. You use the app at your own risk.

Subscriptions

Some content requires a Stretch subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends if you started one. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Videos

Lesson videos are embedded from YouTube and remain the property of their creators. They are shown through YouTube's player under the YouTube Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
